I'm wondering if anyone has developed an acknowledgment or other form for presumed positive homeless folks to sign when they are being sheltered or quarantined in a separate apartment, dormitory or trailer for 14 days? Some sort of temporary agreement that doesn't implicate landlord/tenant laws, so that they can be removed at the end of the period to make space for someone else without eviction procedures (which are not being performed by the courts at the moment).

Thanks,
Sara
