Hi All:

I am thankful for the creation of this listserv. I am looking for recommendations for an expert on jail policies/practices/operations for a new Section 1983 case I have where the claims are 8th/14th Amendment deliberate indifference to a serious medical need. I am specifically looking for someone who can opine on the roles of the jail deputy/officer duties vs. those of the jail medical providers.

Any help pointing me in the direction of anyone with these skills would be most appreciated.
