A member is wondering if anyone is spending ARPA funds on personnel related to community violence prevention when the personnel are not social workers / mental health specialists. My understanding is they'd like to use funds to hire law enforcement personnel to work in a regional crime center that would coordinate between jurisdictions. Please let me know if you have any insight into this and send me your responses at akarras@imla.orgmailto:akarras@imla.org and I will pass them along.
Thanks,
Amanda
