In MA, the Governor closed all day care centers, and then allowed some to reopen if they provided services for essential workers. To reopen, the centers needed to receive certification from the state that the center was one who provided day care services to essential workers. Stephanie - That is how I know it is being enforced in Central Texas. Some have closed completely by choice.
