A member is requesting if anyone knows what federal procurement rules local governments are supposed to follow with CARES Act money? Their procurement folks are following all of the strictness of FEMA and 2 CFR 200.318, .320, .326, etc. just in case because they are not certain. Do we have a definitive answer on this that anyone is aware of? I will pass along your responses.
