Does anyone have a policy that could be shared regarding how to treat liquidated damage days in construction contracts where the contractor claims that the delays are due to COVID illness or restrictions? A member is interested in if you allotted a certain amount of days and if so how you arrived at that number, what proof if any you required the days were COVID related, or similar matters.
