I plan to host a webinar sometime early next year on topics related to jail administration, including healthcare obligations, use-of-force policies, and addressing staffing shortages. If you or one of your colleagues would be interested in presenting on any or all of these topics, please let me know and I can reach out with next steps. It also does not have to be on these topics exactly; if you have a different jail-related topic in mind, I'd be happy to set up a webinar on that as well.
