Good afternoon: I wanted to remind everyone that IMLA is forming a new climate change working group and we will host our first call associated with this group on January 26th at 3 pm eastern. This group will provide a forum where different local government lawyers can compare ideas and documents on legal strategies related to the implementation of climate change initiatives. We hope it will be a mechanism for people to hear what others are doing in this space, ask questions about possible legal pitfalls, and share templates / sample documents. The group may also be used to share news and strategies about litigation as it occurs.
