Good morning, A member's commercial lease has a provision that allows the government landlord to terminate with 30 days' notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that it is in the best interests of the public health, safety and welfare. Has anyone had a situation in which they have utilized this provision to terminate a commercial lease because of COVID-19? Or any other scenarios deemed to be in "the public health, safety and welfare?
