Many thanks to Kevin Pagan, city attorney for McAllen, Texas for posting the EOC economic re-opening documents. A shout out as well to Saskia Jacobse whose attachments revealed the staggering amount of next-phase considerations facing municipal lawyers. I am researching the timing of re-opening and would love to hear from members from Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Vermont, Ohio, Alaska, or any other states which are moving towards re-opening sooner rather than later.
I cannot find Kevin's eco reopening docs on the IMLA dropbox. Would someone mind sharing them again?
