I have a question regarding the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act:

If a City already provides paid sick leave to employees and has a policy in place that would allow its employees to use that sick leave for any of the six reasons set forth in the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act, is it required to provide a new, separate additional 80 hours of leave or would its existing sick leave policy satisfy the Act?  (This is based on the assumption that all employees currently have 80 or more hours of paid sick leave).

Thanks,
Dave
