Good afternoon: Just a quick note to let you know that the EPA has announced amendments to the 2023 WOTUS rule which it indicates now conforms to the Supreme Court's decision in Sackett v. EPA from last term. The EPA indicates that it has removed the significant nexus test. The EPA is hosting a public webinar to provide updates on the definition of "waters of the United States" on September 12, 2023, from 3pm-4pm Eastern Time. It looks like registration is full / closed, but the EPA notes that it will post the recording on the EPA's website after it is complete.
