All, I'm writing this for help with an issue we are facing in Austin. Our TNC drivers are wrapping their cars with advertising wraps. The issue we are facing is whether the airport can ban the wrap ads. But, I'm not seeing how prohibiting the ads on the vehicles would be Constitutional. To add to the problem, our advertising ordinance allows taxis to advertise on their cars even on the airport.
