Hi, does anybody have a policy for employee screening as we start to come back to work? Primarily interested in whether you are paying individuals who are sent home because they have a fever or some other symptom during the screening, and if so, under what type of leave provisions? Also what your parameters will be for allowing those employees who are sent home--come back to work? Will they be tested, or will they be allowed back after symptoms cease? ? Megan J.
