I'm not sure if I’ve seen false claims posted yet, but apologies if this was already discussed.
Many U.S. Attorneys have already warned their taxpayers, in press releases, about scam artists and assured scammers of their vigorous pursuit. Does anyone have information what their state, under the False Claims Act, is doing to prevent or pursue individuals for COVID-19 related fraud?
Thank you,
Deanna
