Hello All, I was wondering if any listserv members have an example of an RFP for a combined solar and battery storage project? A municipal client has accepted a grant for a combined solar and storage project. We are looking for an integrated proposal which covers the installation of both the solar and storage as well as temporary private ownership to offload the RECs and ITC credits to offset some of the cost of the project. So far we are getting interest from parties which can do a portion of the project, but not all of it. We want to encourage integrated proposals whether through one entity or a combination of entities in one proposal. In my past experience I've only worked on power purchase agreements (solar and wind) which were energy only. Any help is appreciated.
