Nutrition Stores

In states that have required non-essential businesses to close, has any jurisdiction deemed vitamin/supplement stores to be essential?  The Governor's directive and emergency regulations in Nevada classifies nutrition stores as non-essential.  Our city has received a letter from Discount Nutrition who is claiming that other states have allowed them to remain open.  I recognize that each state may have a different conclusion but they are claiming they have been allowed to open in all 50 states.  I looked at the website and it appears they only have stores in Southern California, Hawaii, Arizona, Kansas, Colorado, and Florida.  I am curious if any they have been allowed to remain open as essential in other states.  Any information would be great.

Thanks
