The Supreme Court issued its decisions in the vaccine mandate cases (OSHA and Medicare/Medicaid) just now.

The Supreme Court agreed that the challengers are likely to prevail in the OSHA case because they are likely to succeed on their claim that the Secretary lacked the authority to impose the mandate.  The Supreme Court has therefore blocked the enforcement of OSHA's vaccine-or-test requirement.  Here is the decision: https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/21pdf/21a244_hgci.pdf

In the Medicare/Medicaid case, the Supreme Court stayed the injunctions in place, meaning the vaccine requirement can go forward as to participating healthcare facilities.  Here is the decision: https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/21pdf/21a240_d18e.pdf

I have not had a chance to fully review these decisions, so more analysis may be necessary.
