Municipality in Need of Construction Funding
Very small municipality needs $17,300 to fix a well. Apparently, it does
not have the money to do so. It wanted to pass a resolution to acquire a
loan from a bank. I've already advised that's probably not a good idea....
So, I'm looking for ideas regarding funding the project. Time is not an
immediate concern. I'm thinking that if the money cannot be acquired
through transfers, then maybe a bond would be the only choice. Thoughts?
