We've a testing site set up in a Walmart parking lot - had a soft open two days ago testing first responders and healthcare workers only at first. I've asked and so far can report it's being paid for by Walmart and staffed/facilitated by Quest Diagnostics. Supposedly this is the 5th site that Walmart and Quest have collaborated on. I haven't developed any information on whether any government agencies are involved but I'll keep asking around.
