Those in Texas may be aware there is special provision on the state emergency management statutes that allows the Texas AG to provide opinions directly to Emergency Management Directors, typically mayors and county judges. Has anyone been able to locate any publishing of these opinions online or better yet the requests for opinions? It could be a very useful resource. So far I only find the traditional requests and opinions made by state level officers and District and County Attorneys.
