The member is familiar with Title VII standards and case law, but would like to know what other cities/counties are doing in reviewing the religious reasons for being exempt from any vaccine mandate. For example, how would you handle vague requests such as employees who assert “because I believe in God” etc. as basis to being exempt from mandate?
