How are you interpreting the employee election provision (Sec. 110 (b)(1)(B))? Does the Act require that employees be allowed to elect to use accrued leave for both the unpaid initial 10 day period AND the 1/3 of unpaid salary during the 10 weeks? Or does this provision just apply to the unpaid initial 10 day period?
