Seattle is now under a federal district court injunction and unable to enforce their graffiti ordinance modeled after WA state law. Ann Davison, Seattle's City Attorney, would like to gather other cities' graffiti ordinances if possible to start a comparative analysis. 3. Seattle has successfully integrated Adobe sign with our municipal court and if others are interested Ann can provide more info if others would like to implement something similar for efficiency.
